At all the staff were friendly. Check-in was quick. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they listened to my request. The breakfast was good but when they say it ends at 9 o'clock, take their word on it. Make sure you were down there before 9 if you want breakfast. The coffee was good, and they have it out for you 24 hours A-day. Each day, they had scrambled eggs, sausage, Ham, A variety of cereals, bagels, toast, The only fresh fruit they had was apples. Their waffle making station included a variety of nuts and other toppings. They also had frozen sandwiches that you could heat up if you wanted them. Our room was clean, and you could tell that they kept up with the maintenance. I think this is the best-looking hotel I've been in, in a long time. The bed was comfortable and there was not a lot of noise.

We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was very helpful, even leaving the pool open an extra hour so our kiddo could swim a little before bedtime. Also, the whole facility was well-staffed! Post-COVID, I've stayed at several hotels that felt like they were running on a skeleton crew; this was not the case at all at this hotel, there were employees everywhere! Housekeeping brought us fresh towels, the cafeteria staff asked us if we were finished with breakfast before breaking down the buffet, and we were given first-floor rooms as requested. Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to come again!

I loved the size of the room (big and roomy with 2 queen beds, nice sized bathroom, sofa, TV, desk, mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was pleased with how well maintained the property was as well. I loved how they had 24/7 hot coffee for coffee lovers like myself. The noise was minimal also. The location was close to everything in Greenville, NC (ECU, restaurants, gas, grocery stores, CVS, etc.). I will stay here again!

Location was accessible to everything. The property was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. (Cody, Jock and Andre) Thank you for the hospitality. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It made me realize I need to upgrade my bed at home. 😂😂😂 They just replaced the beds and upgrade the paint that is a nice blue color instead of the orange. Complimentary breakfast was perfect to grab and go.

Definitely a great value place and would stay here again.
